Ashanti Shequoiya Doug, also known as Ashanti, was born on October 13 1981 at Glen Cove New York United States. She is a songwriter, singer and actress of The United States. Ashanti was a star when she was young teenagers, and she was ultimately signed to Murder Inc. Records by 2002. In the same year, she made an appearance on the Fat Joe's What's Luv? She was also featured on the Fat Joe's hit song"What's Luv?" When she had Foolish and The What's Luv being at number one and her first number one hit, she was the only woman to have two songs that were in the Billboard Hot 100 chart top Ten in the United States. at number two. at number 2. the day of her birth right here. Ashanti was a character as a kid in Spike Lee's Malcolm X (1992) and Ted Demme's Who's the Man? Ashanti appeared in a few music videos, including K.R.S. - Act One's "MC's are like they don't understand" and 8-Off Ghetto girl. Ashanti was courted and signed by a variety of label owners, including Bad Boy. She also was a guest in music videos. Her performances continued throughout New York, and spent her time in Murder Inc. studios hoping for a breakthrough. Ashanti originally appeared on the track of Big Pun's We Roll as a backing singer. Ashanti sang on Fat Joe's song"What's Luv?" Also, she appeared on Fat Joe's What's Luv? The debut single Foolish features a sample of the 1983 hit song by DeBarge called Stay With Me. Ashanti's self-titled debut album was made available in 2002 via Irv Gotti's Murder Inc. record label. The Declaration the fourth studio album, was released on June 3 2008. On the 16th October Hey Baby (After the Club) came out to radio stations as well as digital channels. The actress also appeared in the movies Christmas in the City, Army Wives and Latasha Monteclair. Her track Rock wit U was sampled by British artist Aitch for his track Baby on March 10 2022.
